			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Friends of the Lafayette Library Bookmark Contest Winners</h3>
<p>The Friends of the Lafayette Library Bookmark Contest was a great success with hundreds of participants.  It was open to all students in Lafayette, grades first through eighth. The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 1st at 6:30 p.m.  Each student winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to the Storyteller Bookstore.  In addition, Anthony Ruiz of Fast Frame will frame the artwork free of charge. Mr. Ruiz also frames all 8 winners for display in the Library.  A huge thank you to Fast Frame who annually gives to our Lafayette community!</p>
